Promo Code Troubleshooting

Uh oh!! Let's figure this out together!! 🙂

First thing to check is to make sure that you are checking out with an account, as none of our promo codes work for guest checkouts. 90% of the time, this will solve your issue!! It's super easy to make an account! Just go to the "Login" button on the top right side of the screen and scroll to "Create Account!" From there, type in your email address and create a password - that's that!

If you are still experiencing issues, here are a few more quick fixes!

First Time Purchasing Code:

  • This order must be your first purchase in order for the code to work


Expired:

  • Some codes are seasonal and unfortunately have expiration dates! Make sure that the code is still valid to use


Already Checked Out:

  • If you forgot to enter a promo code and already checked out, just send us an email to hello@greetabl.com and we'll be happy to fix it for you!
