Ordering Problem Troubleshooting

Oh no! We're so sorry that you are experiencing this trouble and we will do everything in our power to fix it!

Quick Fixes:
First things first, can you do a hard refresh on your browser? If you're using a Mac, hit cmd+shift+R. If you're using a PC, hit ctrl+shift+r.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your browser! As long as you are logged into an account, your order will save!

If that doesn't work try to switch to a different browser (our preferred browser is Google Chrome).

If none of the quick fixes work and you are still experiencing issues, that's where we come in! Just shoot an email to hello@greetabl.com and we will be more than happy to help! In the email, it would be SUPER helpful if you could let us know:

  • The browser you are using
  • The device you are using
  • The step of the process you are experiencing trouble with
  • Any screenshots of the issue

If you are getting an error message, it would also be super helpful if you could include what the message says!
