Why can’t I edit my billing information?

If you are experiencing this issue, we apologize! 

When we connect our site to PayPal’s information, it tends to lock in your info in a way you aren’t able to edit. This can be super frustrating and it’s something we’re working on fixing!

If paying via PayPal isn’t an option for you, there are two things we can do:

1) You can check out with the current information and we will refund your purchase. We’d then call you and manually input your credit card info.

2) I can delete your account, which will delete your current order and you’d just need to recreate your order again and input a new payment method.
