Why can’t I edit my billing information?

If you are experiencing this issue, we apologize! 

When we connect our site to PayPal’s information, it tends to lock in your info in a way you aren’t able to edit. This can be super frustrating and it’s something we’re working on fixing!

If paying via PayPal is not an option for you, there’s three things we can do:

  1. We can give you a call and take a credit card payment over the phone.

  2. We can send you an email invoice you can pay online.

  3. We can delete your account, which will delete your current order, and you’d just need to recreate your order again and input a new payment method
