I placed an order, but haven’t received a shipping notification yet?

Shipping notifications are generated when your package is ready to ship out to the recipient. The shipping notification will be sent two business days after your order is placed and it's processed for shipping.  

The tracking information included in the shipping email may take a couple of days to update - it all depends on when USPS scans in your item!

If you placed an order more than two business days ago and you still haven't received a shipping notification, shoot us an email to hello@greetabl.com and we'll get you taken care of :)
