How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive several email notifications updating you on your order status. Our account page at the moment does not include this information...which we understand would be helpful for all parties involved and are working to make it a reality behind-the-scenes! :) 

In the meantime here is what should have happened:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
    • If you do not receive an email, please reach out to us via the "Help" button on our site or email hello@greetabl.com
  2. We have a 2 business day lead to time print, die cut (super fancy machine that makes your Greetabl the perfect size) and package your custom printed order. 
  3. You will receive another email once the shipment information has been generated. This will include the tracking information :)
  4. Finally you should receive a delivery confirmation email.
    • If you order is returned to sender, refused or unable to be delivered, please get in touch with us!
