If you received a "delivery exception" email from us, this could mean a couple of things. The short answer is USPS attempted to deliver your package and failed. It could be because the business address was closed, they didn't have access to the building, or they didn't feel there was a secure location to leave the package. Typically, USPS will attempt to redeliver your package the next business day.
If your delivery exception shows your package as "Undeliverable as addressed" then shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you taken care of!
